La Finta

The aim of this of this project was to design a poster and booklet for the The Royal Irish Academy of Music. The opera "La Finta Giardiniera" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The story is about tangled relationships between different characters. The design is simple but bold to unclutter the complexity of the characters.

I was drawn to the unique names and the intertwining relationships of how everyone were involved with one another. Photography and type were my visual aid to tell this story. I took photographs of couples and individuals to give insight into the story. I wanted to make my design current and bold to stand out as a new urban feel to showcase La Finta.
